So here it goes, this is my first blog post! On my new blog! I will be writing about fashion, beauty and all around lifestyle. I love to read others blogs about fashion and beauty, as that’s my true passion. I hope to bring enjoyment to at least one person and to share the love of fashion and makeup!
For my first post I decided to share my October beauty favourites, I simply can’t believe that October is almost over! Winter is soon around the corner, for all my Canadians out there.
Even though its fall, I still like to have bronzed, glowy skin. When I think of fall I image bold brows, nude lips. I love fall for all its fashion trends and makeup looks, it’s definitely a time of year that has the best fashion trends and we can’t forget that means pumpkin spice lattes!!
I’ve been loving the Marc Jacob Daisy Eau Fresh. This perfume is great for year round as it’s a burst of flirty, floral/fruity scent. Marc Jacobs designs and packaging are always on point.
This palette by Quo is great for fall, as it has warm brown shades. Which, is great if you are trying to create a smoky eye look, or its even good for days you want a more neutral look. It has a great highlight shade for the brow bone and the inner corner of the eyes. This palette is great for multiple different looks, it’s also great for travel as its small and compact!
I’ve been loving the Malani Baked Powder Blush in 05 Luminoso, which is a peachy colour with a little shimmer, that gives you a nice glow. The shimmer is very fine and doesn’t make you look like a disc ball, it just gives off a nice highlight glow. The next blush is Maybelline Fit me- Deep Nude, which is great for a bronzed look. For contour I’ve been using SHISEIDO bronzer in medium, this bronzer is great for contour, especially if you have fair skin and tend to find most bronzers/contours to look muddy of even orange.
The last two makeup products that I’ve been loving this month have been Stila Lipstick in Gabrielle, which is a nude/pink. The one makeup product that is defiantly an all time favourite is the L’OREAL Infallible makeup setting spray. It’s a great spray that will set your makeup all day!
