Everyday Makeup – Neutral Look

Makeup is a beauty enhancer, makeup doesn’t just made someone beautiful. They were already beautiful! These makeup products are definitely favourites as they last all day and are drug store products, which is a plus! This makeup look is very neutral and is perfect for everyday. Its a look that you can easily add a bold lip and false lashes to make the look more appropriate for night time.

 

I first start off on primer, the one I have been loving lately is from Nip+Fab its a skin correctered and primer in one. It also gives the skin a nice glow. For foundation I’ve been using CoverGirls Tru Blend, this is a perfect foundation that will last all day and it is build able. They also have a great selection in colours, for all skin tones and for people who have more yellow or pink under tones. I sometimes find it difficult to find a perfect tone, for being so pale, however I always find one of the best drug store foundations is CoverGirl.

The concealer that I absolutely love for both concealing under eyes and for any imperfections is the Hard Candy Glam of lauge concealer in very light and light. It is a quite heave concealer, however if its applied lightly and even with a damp beauty blender it looks flawless! Now I usually tend to stay away from pressed powers as they can some times look cakey, however again if its applied lightly, it will help make your foundation and concealer last longer. A little tip, if your powder or foundation looks a bit cakey, a setting spray will fix it all, plus it will make it last longer as well.

The Maybelline Nudes Pallete is absolutely great! There are a few matte, saten and slightly shimmer shades. This pallete can be used multiple different ways and is great as its compacted, which would be great for travel as well.  Lise Walter eye liner, is long lasting and just a great over all liner. I used it to tight line my upper lash line. For my brows I have been loving the Maybelline Brow Drama, its great for adding a slight colour as well as setting your brows in place. I have lately being using L’Oreal Mascara, which gives great length and volume.

The bronzer that I absouley love is from SHISEDO and its in Bronzer  Medium. Its great for fair skin tones as its not to dark or warm tone, so it doesn’t looks orange. Its great for a bronzed or contoured look and adds as a great eye shadow! The blush that I have been loving is Pinched by NYX. This is a great long lasting blush, however it is very pigmented, so you only need the slightest.

Lastly the lip colour I have been loving is L’Oreal 181 Sheer Linen. Its a nice nude colour which also looks great under or over pinky/plum colours.

This look is simple, but great for school or work. Its a look that can easily be changed to look more glam!
