Golden eye and a pinky nude lip! This look is simple, yet perfect for spring and summer!!
There really isn’t any change here! The first thing I started off with is a primer. The primer used is Nip+Fab ‘Skin Correcting Primer’, this primer is great as it evens at your skin tone and correct any hyper-pigmentation or discolouring on the skin, well overall giving the skin a smooth even base for foundation. The foundation I used is l’Oreal Infallible 16hr , this foundation is medium to full coverage, build able and of course easy to blend! The concealer I used is my holy grail which is the Hard Candy ‘GlamofLauge’, which I also use to brighten up the face and to also highlight. Placing it in a triangle under the eyes, on the bridge of the nose, forehead, chine and even under the cheek bones, this way after when I contour, it will even make the cheek bones look more chiseled out! To set everything in place, I used Physicians Formula ‘Mineral Wear Loose Powder’, which will also I add a bit of coverage.
As for contour and blush! I wanted to keep it looking dewy rather than a matte look. That sometimes happens with powdered bronzers and blushes! However with creme products I still like to set them lightly with a bronzer and blush, to make sure it lasts all day!
For bronzer, I used L’oreal creme bronzer which I applied with a damp beauty blender and set it with a matte bronzer from SHESIDUO, in Medium 2, this bronzer is great as a contour since its not to warm with the undertones on fair skin. I love this bronzer to contour and bronze up the skin, as in the cheek bones, temple, forehead, jaw line and nose. Next for blush I actually mixed two the first one is L’oreal ‘MagicSmooth Souffle Blush in Rose’ and toped it off with Milani, ‘Luminoso Baked Blush in 05’, which is a glowy peach shade.
Now onto the eye! To make sure the eyeshadow would stay put all day I used Urban Decay ‘Eyeshadow Primer Potion’! Adding a primer doesn’t only insure your shadows wouldn’t crease throughout the day but it also makes the shadows appear more pigmented and easier to blend! I than went in with the QUO palette. This palette has has warm brown shades. Which, is great if you are trying to create a smoky eye look, or its even good for days you want a more neutral look. It has a great highlight shade for the brow bone and the inner corner of the eyes. This palette is great for multiple different looks, it’s also great for travel as its small and compact! I used the two middle shades which are warmer toned browns with a orange undertone, these two shades went on the lid and blended in the crease. To add depth in the crease I used the second last shadow, and focused that on the outer crease. Than you cant forget to highlight the brow bone and inner corner so I used the first shade which is a perfect highlight shadow! To finish the eye off I used Younique 3D Fibre Lash, this mascara will give your lashes all the length and volume, as they will appear to look like falsies!
We can’t forget them brows, to fill them in I used a taupe shadow and set them with the Maybelline Brow Drama. I love this product as it adds some colour to them brows as well as setting them in place all day! For the lips I wanted to keep it simple so I used Stila ‘Colour Balm Lipstick in Gabrrielle’, which is a pinky nude and toped it off with L’oreal ‘Colour Riche Lip Gloss in 120 Rich Pink’.
I hope you lovelies enjoyed this makeup look! ❤

I don’t really know much about makeup, so even doing a natural look like yours has always been hard for me. But reading your post makes me want to give it another try;) Thanks for sharing girl!

Aww thank you lovely! That put a smile on my face, that someone is taking something away from my post!! Yes girl, always give it a go!! My best tip I can give is to just add a bit at a time, as you can always add more! Also with any eye look, blending will be your best friend! Thanks again lovely ❤ xx
