Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Body Mist Sunblock

Summers are back and this is the season where we give importance to sunscreens and sun blocks. Today, I am going to review Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Body Mist Sunblock with SPF 30. This is a dermatologist recommended brand (sunscreen line).

Product Information:

Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Body Mist Sunblock provides broad- spectrum UV protection in an ultra light sheer mist. Stabilized with Helioplex™, it provides superior balanced broad- spectrum protection against skin- aging UVA and burning UVB rays in an ultra- light, non-greasy finish. This weightless formula applies easily to even hard- to- reach areas.

Products Claims:

  • Waterproof, sweatproof, resists running into eyes.
  • Non-comedogenic (won’t clog pores).
  • One touch continuous spray, works at any angle.
  • Oil free.
  • PABA free.

The American Cancer Society (the Society) and Neutrogena, working together to help prevent skin cancer, support the use of sunscreen.I would like to say that all the claims about this product are totally true.  I love this product as it’s a mist/spray.  I just hate sunscreen lotions which are very creamy and leave a whitish cast.  I find that sunscreen lotions make my skin look dark and oily.  This spray does not do any of that.  This sun block is amazing, its oil free and non greasy. It’s a spray and can be used very easily. Oil free, waterproof, sweat proof and PABA free are the main features of the products. I didn’t know the meaning of PABA, so I googled it up.  PABA : para-aminobenzoic acid can cause allergic dermatitis, photosensitivity.  This spray has a mild smell which is good enough. I would recommend not to use it directly on the face, just spray out the mist on hands and then apply on the face. Shelf life is 3 years.

Pros of Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Body Mist Sun Block SPF 30:

  • Waterproof, sweat proof, non-comedogenic, oil free, non greasy and ultra light mist.
  • Sprays easily, blends well into the skin.
  • Effective protection (UVA /UVB protection).
  • The spray is very light.
  • Smells good.
  • Supported by American Cancer Society.
  • The same product is available in SPF 30, 50, 70 and 100.

Cons of Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Body Mist Sun Block SPF 30:

  • This product is pretty good and has no nay from me at all.

    1. Its absolutely amazing, trust me its the only sunscreen I will put on! Can’t stand the oily and heavy feeling many leave on the skin. I just wouldn’t use it on the face, but thats why they have face sun screen, or better yet foundations/bb creams that have SPF in them!! Thanks lovely!! ❤ xx
