I first off want to say thank you, for sticking by my blog and still supporting it, after all this time. It’s definitely been a while, since I last hit publish. Which is something I want to change this year! I started this blog to follow some of my passions and share my love for all things beauty and fashion! I just want to say thanks, for all the incredible support, as it truly means so much to me!! I also want to say thank you for all the support on my Youtube Channel as well, we have over 700 SUBSCRIBERS already! This is literally insane to me! I would have never thought 700 people would hit Subscribe on my Youtube Channel and to add too this craziness, we almost have over 600 followers on here ❤ If you haven’t subscribed yet, here is my channel TaylorTalksxo ! Anyways, I could go on about how much the support means to me forever, but this is not what this post is about.
So here it is…
WELL, I can easier say I’m glad 2016 is over. It definitely was one of the harder years and for that I am both happy and excited for hopefully a better year! 2016 had many hard and beyond frustrating moments and events, however, it definitely taught me a few things along the way. My health, has also tested my ability to carry on and to have HOPE, (I will be posting a blog about my health soon, so stay tuned!) I’m just beyond frustrated with how my life stands due to my health. I can say, that I’m not close to where I want to be in life, however, I hope 2017 will be the year!
Anyways here are a few things I’ve learned this past year…
You can’t get comfortable
We live in a world where there is always someone ready to take your place. At the exact point you think you are ‘doing well’, it’s time to make a change.
Don’t let success go to your head and don’t let failure go to your heart
Speaks for itself really. When you’re doing well, never forget that it could all take a turn in a single second and same goes for when you’re not doing so well. There’s always something around that corner.
Action
Nothing worth having comes easy and nothing will come without action. It really is as simple as that. If you want something, you’re going to have to work for it. No excuses.
Timing is everything
In life, things rarely go as you expect them to. When timing doesn’t add up, it’s the most annoying thing in the world, but it also needs to be taken as a sign. You just have to trust it’s all happening for a reason because more often than not, it always is.
It’s OKAY to be scared, but then you need to get over it.
It’s OKAY to try without succeeding.
