Prom Makeup

Spring time has officially arrived, and so has prom! Prom is just around the corner!! Prom season is always so much fun.  You get to dress up and can wear your hair anyway you want and get to be pampered have your makeup done! I hope all you fabulous lovelies have a great time at Prom!

This makeup look is all about the golden browns! I love brown shades on the lid and I had so fun creating this look! I love natural and subtle, while still looking glam looks! All that is needed to achieve the base for this look is to apply foundation, contour or highlight to your preference, and fill in the brows. For the eyes use a soft taupe or beige, and add a small wing or lightly smudged out smokey eye for a touch of drama. For lips, opt for a matte beige or your favourite neutral. This look is ideal for balancing a detailed or glam dress, and is one of the easiest looks to achieve.

With this look you definitely need a statement dress!  When you have a bold eye you want to keep the lips a neutral colour! All I did to achieve this look is apply black eye shadow on just the crease of my eye and then apply it underneath my eye to really draw attention inwards towards the eyes!
