Winter Skin Care Routine

It may feel a little cliché to talk about adjusting your skincare routine along with your wardrobe as we go from summer to winter, but there’s a reason why so many people do. The change in humidity, the exposure to indoor heaters, and blustery winds actually can make skin drier and duller. These elemental conditions can also exasperate skin sensitivity, redness, and even itchiness or flaking. Skin needs more TLC during the fall because the transition from humid to cold weather can be extremely drying.

Any extreme weather condition–be it hot or cold can damage your skin. However, I think winter is particularly hard as the dry wind, and chilly weather can make your skin dry up leading to flakes. And a regular skincare regimen would hardly help in such times. Your skin needs more than just pampering to keep it healthy and glowing.

And to help you achieve that, here are a few simple winter care tips for your face that you can follow to avoid excessive dryness and dead looking skin.

I also posted a video all about my WINTER SKIN CARE ROUTINE for night time that you can watch here. So first off be sure to SUBSCRIBE, this way you can see when I post videos! I talk about the products I use and how I used them. I like to keep my skin care routine as simple and quick as possible, so if any of you are the same way, you will enjoy it as well! I used many Neutrogena Products, simply as they work the best with my skin type and its a brand I have been using for years. I recently have been using the Neutrogena HYDRO BOOST line and absolutely LOVE IT!! Neutrogena was generous to send me some of their newer products and I honestly am hocked on this new line. It truly has made a huge difference in my skin already!

My skin tends to get very dry in the winter time, so Neutrogena’s Gel Products for the HYDRO BOOST line have literally been saving my skin. Every winter, no matter how much moisturizer I put on and no matter the brand, I still get dry skin and extremely dry patches which I’m not a fan of. So long story short, these products have saved my skin and I am beyond happy! These products are now my HOLY GRAILS! I will be posting other blogs talking about these Neutrogena Products and how I’ve been loving them, in more depth! So keep a look out!!!

I hope you lovelies enjoyed this blog post and my WINTER SKIN CARE ROUTINE!! Thank you for all the support as always!!
