Christmas Makeup Look

The holidays are almost there! Its getting to be crazy busy with people going to buy christmas gifts and people having there homes all decked out in christmas decorations. With the holidays just around the corner, that means parties! What screams a party makeup look more, than a smokey eye! This look is all about the smokey eye and winged liner.

First thing first is to prime the skin! So the primer I’m using, its also one of my favourites and better yet its also from the drugstore is the one and only, mens product but works amazing for a primer. You have probably seen any other beauty influencers use it in the past as well! Its Nivea Post Balm and it works better than many other primers Ive used before!

For this makeup look its of course full coverage and flawless cause its the holiday season! Which means you gotta look your best hehe! This foundation by L’oreal Infalliable Pro Glow, is honestly taking over my holy grail foundation. Its truly amazing, it gives your skin such a pretty glow, without looking oily, plus its medium to full coverage and lasts all day, especially when you set with a finishing spray or powder!

I than used my trusty concealer that I absolutely love, its Hard Candy GlamofLauge, which is also good at highlighting the face, while giving it a glow sheen. I used this concealer under my eyes to conceal and highlight, on my bridge of my nose, chin and forehead. Alright, so from this picture you can probably tell, I absolutely love the NYX Highlight and Contour Palette! This palette is my holy grail and the taupe shade is my favourite the contour with and that white highlight is my favourite for my pale skin!

For Highlighter I used one of my new and already favourites! I finally got the Stila Highlighter for the face and body in kitten, instead of always using the actually eyeshadow in kitten for a highlighter, its a great hack if you want to save some money! But so far I’m obsessed with the new highlight and it works best with your fingers than a brush, from my experience!

For eye liner I used Benefit ‘They’re Real Push Up Liner’ to wing out the top lash line. This eye liner is great as the tip is angled of to achieve the perfect straight line, while also being a long lasting gel liner. As for tight lining I used the Stila eye liner. When you tight line your upper lashes it gives your lashes a thicker appearance. For lashes I wanted them to have all the volume and length. So the mascara I used is by Benefit Roller Lash, this mascara is get at achieving length and volume, while staying very black.

We also can’t forget about that inner eye highlight and that brow highlight, so the shadow I used is Kitten by Stila. This shadow is definitely one of my holy grails and it works amazing as a highlight!

Now for the brows theres no doubt here, I used two of my favourite brow products! The NYX Mirco Brow Pencil is great at defining and shaping your brows, the shade I use is in Chocolate, as I like to have a bolder brow. Than to set my brow in place, I’m obsessed with my beloved Maybelline Brow Drama in ‘Soft Brown’, this brow product truly keeps my brows in place and just add that extra colour to them. Honestly, when I’m in a rush and have to have my brows on, I will just throw on some of the Maybelline Brow Drama and be good to go!

Now for the final step and thats the lip! Which I used a Metallic Red liquid lips stick by SmashBox, I thought it would be perfect for this Holiday look. I tend to gravitate towards berry shades more than bright reds, so this shade is perfect!
