Favourite MaskerAide Products

Let me give you a little background on MaskerAide. Their business is based in Canada and all of the masks are made in Korea as they get inspiration from Korean beauty trends. They are also cruelty-free (yay!) and all of the masks are free of parabens, mineral oils, sulfates, phthalates, and benzophenones. In other words, they are focused on healthy skincare without all of the harmful chemicals.

Bubble Mask

This one… let me tell you… I’ve never used anything like this before. First of all, I love charcoal masks. I’ve always been so fascinated by the concept of charcoal acting like a magnet pulling the toxins out of your pores. It’s so cool to me. So going into this, I figured I’d like it for that reason. I also knew it was supposed to bubble, hence the name. I just didn’t realize how crazy it would actually be.

You’re supposed to rub the package a little to activate the bubbles before you even open it. So I did that, opened it up, unfolded it, and started placing it on my face. That’s when the craziness began. So. Many. Bubbles.

This mask starts bubbling up like you wouldn’t believe. And as it bubbles, it sounds like pop rocks and feels exactly like what you’d imagine a bunch of tiny bubbles on your face feels like. So ticklish. It is so satisfying, I can’t even put it into words. And the bubbles just kept growing.
